HR Co-Lead (volunteer)

Volt Kosova is part of Volt Europa, the first pan-European political movement and party, uniting people across the continent around shared progressive values and practical solutions for a stronger, fairer, and more democratic Europe. With 300+ elected representatives across Europe (including 5 Members of the European Parliament) Volt works to make European collaboration the norm, not the exception.

As a growing chapter, Volt Kosova is building fresh momentum, connecting Kosovo to this broader European network and expanding our local presence. Our focus is on using Volt’s political reach and advocacy power to advance Kosovo’s recognition and strengthen its voice across Europe.

Do you want to contribute to Kosova’s future?

Volt Kosovo is looking for a motivated and organised person to join our leadership team as HR Co-Lead. You’ll help build and support our growing community of volunteers while keeping our internal coordination running smoothly. As HR Co-Lead, you’ll take care of internal communication, make sure meetings are well prepared and documented, and help shape a positive, inclusive volunteer experience from start to finish. You’ll also have the chance to build your own small HR team to share the work and bring fresh ideas.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating internal communication and updates within the team

  • Organising meetings, preparing agendas, and keeping clear minutes

  • Supporting onboarding and offboarding of members

  • Recruiting and managing volunteers for HR-related tasks

Who we’re looking for:

You’re someone who enjoys connecting with people, keeps things organised, and has a proactive and collaborative mindset. Experience in HR or team coordination is welcome but not required, enthusiasm and reliability matter more.

If you’d like to help strengthen Volt Kosovo’s people engine and grow a vibrant community, we’d love to hear from you.

How to apply:

Apply by submitting this form, we are reviewing candidates on a rolling basis. Should you have any questions please contact us at [email protected]. As part of our onboarding process, you will be asked to sign-up to Volt Kosova here.
