Co-Lead of Policy at Volt Kosovo (Volunteer Position)

Volt Kosovo is looking for a committed and passionate individual to take on the role of Co-Lead of Policy. This is a volunteer position and unpaid. It is ideal for someone eager to contribute to the development and implementation of Volt Kosovo’s policies, including drafting policy documents and participating in key discussions and activities.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of politics and social issues.

• Excellent communication skills in both Albanian and English (fluency required).

• Passion for political work and Volt Kosovo’s mission.

• Ability to work collaboratively and make key decisions for the organization.

Main Responsibilities:

• Build and lead Volt Kosovo’s policy team.

• Develop a strategy for adapting Volt Europa’s policies to the Kosovan context.

• Draft a position paper on the recognition of Kosovo.

• Participate in meetings and discussions on policy development.

• Support the preparation of policy documents and strategies.
